Send us the loss
Five minutes, no account: who you are, the property's address, the type of loss, what you need, and your files (photos, documents, voice notes, a CompanyCam or Matterport link). Several email addresses are fine: you and your office.
We reach out
An email with your reference and a link to the loss's own page. The office then reaches out to you to discuss the next steps, such as scheduling the inspection.
We scope it
At the property, or from your photos and measurements. The loss's page says where it stands: Received, Scheduled, Scoped, Delivered.
You get the estimate
The PDF and the ESX, by email and on the loss's page.
Changes
A revision, the ESX, a comparison with the carrier's estimate, the settlement amount: ask from the loss's page, or with Ask about a job.
All your jobs in one place
Sign in with your email address: we email you a link, and the browser stays signed in for a month. You never need a password.
